The Gruber winery presses exclusively from its own vineyards. The vines stand on sunny slopes on gypsum-keuper soils in the appreciated climate of the Weinsberg valley. Markus Gruber takes great care of the vineyard ecosystem with its great biodiversity, always aware of our responsibility towards future generations. Moderate pruning, reduced plant protection and a minimum of fertilisation are natural production factors for us.>
